Second version of a pouch inspired by an original.  Cowhide with tooled flap.

#101 - Haversack #8, with woodpecker print

This haversack is made from pillow ticking and linen and is lined with red wool.  The outside has been lightly waxed. There is a leather strap with an antique steel roller buckle.  Artist Robyn Latham hand-printed a native-inspired woodpecker motif on the flap.

#99 - Haversack #7

Haversack made from striped fabric, tinclothed and lined with hemp.  The linen strap was woven by Kris Polizzi. The flap is made from the head and upper body section of an alum-tanned woodchuck hide. Button is horn.

A pair of incised, cowhide flint and tool wallets.  

 

Scabbard and Baldric for Hanger Sword

This is my first try at making a center-seam scabbard and baldric for a hanger sword. The sword was made by Keith Gibson, who also made the throat and drag for the scabbard.
