#86 - 19th Annual Shandaken Biathlon First Prize Shot Pouch
This pouch is made from cowhide, hair on calfhide, and pig skin. There is a simple geometric pattern tooled on the flap, which is lined with a gray pillow ticking, and an oval buckle. The pouch was made as a first place prize for the 19th Annual Shandaken Primitive Biathlon, an annual winter sporting event in the Catskill Mountains of New York, using snowshoes and black powder muzzle loading firearms.
